Terms of Service

Suture AI provides consulting, strategy, implementation, and enablement services related to AI workflow adoption and operational outcomes.

Project scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in written proposals, statements of work, or service agreements.

Clients agree to provide timely access to relevant stakeholders, systems, and information needed to perform agreed services.

Project outcomes depend on collaboration, implementation follow-through, and operational adoption by the client team.

Fees, billing schedules, and payment terms are defined in the governing engagement documents.

Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due according to the payment window stated in the applicable agreement.

Each party agrees to protect confidential information shared during service delivery and to use it only for authorized business purposes.

Confidentiality obligations continue after the engagement ends, subject to legal requirements and agreed contractual terms.

Pre-existing intellectual property remains owned by the original party. Ownership of newly created work product is governed by the relevant service agreement.

Any licensed third-party tools, models, or platforms remain subject to their own terms and conditions.

Suture AI provides services on a professional best-effort basis. No guarantee is made for specific commercial results unless expressly stated in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited according to the terms in the governing client agreement.

Either party may terminate services according to the notice and termination terms set out in the applicable agreement.

Upon termination, clients remain responsible for payment of completed work and approved expenses accrued through the termination date.

These terms are governed by the law specified in the governing service agreement between Suture AI and the client.
